Professional Background
After being admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2017, I've dedicated my legal career to developing versatile expertise across multiple key practice areas. With nearly eight years of experience spanning both litigation and transactional matters, I bring a comprehensive approach to each client's unique situation.
My professional journey began as a prosecutor in Tampa before pivoting to insurance defense, where I developed expertise defending automobile claims, premises liability matters, and negligence security cases. This experience provided invaluable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims—knowledge that now serves my clients regardless of which side of a case they find themselves on.
I later joined the nation's largest personal injury firm, handling premises liability cases from the plaintiff's perspective. This balanced experience allows me to anticipate opposing strategies and develop effective approaches for my clients.
Throughout my career, I've maintained a commitment to both trial excellence and thoughtful planning. I've successfully represented clients in personal injury matters and have taken multiple divorce cases through trial. Alongside my litigation practice, I've developed significant experience in estate planning, helping individuals and families of various financial backgrounds create comprehensive plans that protect their assets and loved ones.
This combination of courtroom advocacy and careful planning shapes my approach to every case, whether navigating complex litigation or crafting personalized estate documents that provide lasting peace of mind.

Community Involvement
Beyond my legal practice, I serve as a board member for Hopes Uganda, an orphanage in Mbale, Uganda that provides shelter, education, and care to vulnerable children. A portion of Tasker Law's revenue directly supports this organization and its mission.
This commitment reflects my belief that legal practice should extend beyond individual cases to contribute to the broader community—both locally and globally.
Personal Interests
When not advocating for clients, I can be found exploring nature's paths. I've twice completed the Camino de Santiago—a 500-mile pilgrimage across Spain—in 2014 and 2016, with plans to return this year. This journey inspired our firm's tagline, "Your trusted law firm along the way."
Closer to home, I enjoy kayaking on the river at my house, playing guitar and piano, writing, spending time with my nieces and nephews, and traveling whenever possible. These pursuits provide perspective and balance that enhance my ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
