My Work with Hopes Uganda

Hopes Uganda is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing food, shelter, and education to approximately 70 orphaned children in Mbale, Uganda.

In 2021, Mr. Tasker had the opportunity to meet Ngobi Samuel, who has devoted his life to caring for these children following the untimely passing of his father in 2020.

In November 2024, Attorney Tasker traveled to Mbale, Uganda, where he personally contributed and helped raise funds to provide eight new bunk beds, complete with mattresses, sheets, blankets, and other essential supplies.

Tasker Law actively supports Hopes Uganda, donating a percentage of its profits to the organization, and Mr. Tasker serves on its Board of Directors.

These children have been smiling long before our arrival. Tasker Law is committed to supporting Hopes Uganda and hopes to continue making their lives just a little brighter.

Upgrading the kitchen!

One of the key initiatives for Hopes Uganda is the kitchen project.

We are upgrading the kitchen and plan to provide long, sturdy tables where the children can sit and eat comfortably. Mbale experiences frequent rain, making it difficult for the children to sit on the ground during mealtimes, so this improvement will greatly enhance their daily experience.

New bunk beds and mattresses

Thanks to the generous contributions of colleagues, friends, and family, we were able to provide the children with eight new bunk beds, complete with mattresses and sheets. This video showcases the creativity and effort required to transport and assemble everything at the compound.

Every child deserves a loving home, and every person with a heart full of love deserves the chance to be a parent. For my dear friend Lindsay-Rae and her devoted husband Austin Little, the journey to parenthood has been filled with challenges, unwavering courage, and boundless hope.

Their journey has led them to Hopes Uganda, a reputable orphanage and nonprofit organization that I personally work with. Through this organization, Lindsay-Rae and Austin have the opportunity to adopt a child who desperately need the love and stability that only a forever family can provide.

Cost of Adoption

International adoption comes with significant costs.

The $25,000 we're raising will help cover:

- Application and processing fees

- Home study requirements

- Legal documentation

- Travel expenses to Uganda

- Post-placement support services clients' success.
